What’s in it for you: $17.50 per hour pay rate (bi-weekly pay) Career Growth Opportunities Full Benefit Options Employee discounts No weekends Paid Training 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday Shifts: Availability between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday and Thursday and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is an on-site position. Requirements skills/abilities Basic understanding of a call center environment in customer service roles and quality monitoring processes. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries,es and co-workers. Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback. Achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
