Write reports to summarize results and communicate lessons learned <br></li><li>Optimize design concepts to meet performance/reliability requirements and cost targets utilizing advanced simulation tools for functional as well as survivability evaluation <br></li><li>Contribute to development of test plans and collaborate on execution of tests at a system level or component level. Complete documentation and change management processes for product enhancements <br></li><li>Collaborate with engineering department in design reviews and benchmark studies <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Conduct Component analysis interpretation <br></li><li>Initiate and interpret results of forensic analysis of sub-components <br></li><li>Liaise with other departments such as product development, supply chain and maintenance to improve product performance continuously <br></li><li>Creates relevant reliability data to support a PDM project <br></li><li>Global support of maintenance locations for our drilling equipment including development and maintenance of relevant technical documentation <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Participates in global root cause investigations with Central Reliability Engineering teams <br></li><li>Documentation and communication of pertinent findings and updates during the Root Cause Analysis <br></li><li>Planning, supporting, and coordinating Feld Tests for design changes and upgrades to the Regions <br></li><li>Periodically review and compile fleet upgrade and fleet performance reports of assigned services based on globally standardized metrics. Share data with all relevant functions incl. evaluation of effectiveness of technical upgrades <br></li><li>Providing technical support to Regional Reliability Engineers and AMO Technicians for troubleshooting and RCA <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Support complete job cycle for assigned services as required to ensure delivery of service to highest standards jointly with all relevant departments <br></li><li>Ensure AMO / SC synchronization related to design changes <br></li><li>Validate and approve Maintenance and Supply Chain process changes <br></li><li>Review Maintenance and Supply Chain documentation released with new products <br></li><li>Operational research, data mining and analysis within the product life-time database <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Preparing and supplying content for training materials <br></li><li>Providing training on troubleshooting and tool theory of operations to Regional Reliability Engineers and tool theory to AMO technicians <br></li><li>Introduce technology into Region where the product or service has never been used before <br></li></ul><br><br>Required Skills include: <br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or minimum 3+years of relevant work experience <br></li><li>Formal qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred electro-mechanical, electronic, or mechanical discipline) <br></li><li>RCA Qualified <br></li><li>Superior skills in problem/failure root cause analysis of failures encountered using systematic root-cause investigation tools <br></li><li>Leads and demonstrates HSE culture and focus <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Experienced in either an electrical and/or mechanical background with good working knowledge in electrical and/or mechanical principles <br></li><li>Experienced in the job cycle process for the delivery of drilling services <br></li><li>Highly initiative, self-driven, strong analytical and conceptual skills <br></li><li>Thorough understanding of Product Line technology and Service Delivery requirements <br></li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Ability to coach and mentor employees <br></li><li>Ability to learn, use various computer tools and prepare data/visualizations for analysis <br></li><li>Demonstrated advanced problem-solving skills with respect to Applied Engineering, Design and Technology Development. <br></li><li>Strong Six-Sigma DMAIC process and MaPS business intelligence knowledge <br></li><li>Experience in internal processes ( e.g. ECO, BHOS, TB, TSP) <br></li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Experience and knowledge in reliability analysis software packages (i.e., Reliasoft , Minitab) preferred <br></li><li>Project management skills preferred <br></li><li>Self-contained, self-motivated, and structured to work within a global, interdisciplinary team under limited supervision with a strong commitment to learning <br></li><li>Excellent communications, facilitation, and presentation skills <br></li><li>Experienced in the interaction with internal and external customers <br></li></ul><br><br>Job Locations are as below:<br><br>1.
