Tools Support Service

<p>Activities:</p>

<p>? Provide assistance and training on the use of C&amp;P tools and contribute to maintain knowledge of C&amp;P tools</p>

<p>? Ensure SAP support for ACT population;</p>

<p>? Test reports, tools before deployment;</p>

<p>? Provide support to suppliers for C&amp;P tools use (E-sourcing, Sequana);</p>

<p>? Contribution to Qualification of suppliers by follow-up process, support users, suppliers, perform activities on-behalf of buyers in Sequana;</p>

<p>? Contribute to Company Snapshot deliverable with using Spend analytics tool of HQ;</p>

<p>? Contribution to the development of solution, evolution required to answer to local need;</p>

<p>? Delivery of SAP and C&amp;P tools extractions and report on demand to support and assist Planning and Reporting activities;</p>

<p>Qualification and background:</p>

<p>? Diploma: Bac + 3 or recognized/certified experience equivalence;</p>

<p>? Professional experience: 2 years in within Services Purchases and Contracts in the O&amp;G industry. Skills:</p>

<p>? High level of SAP/MM expertise;</p>

<p>? Strong Microsoft Office, specially: Excel;</p>

<p>? Language: mandatory: Portuguese, English, nice-to-have: French.</p>
