<br />
<b>Play a key role in on time delivery to customers</b><br />
<br />
As a Material Planner for the Stator Cell, you will be dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery from the launch to the customer. You&
39;ll play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials. You will plan and schedule according to production needs using your in-depth knowledge of concepts, methods and procedures.<br />
<br />
You will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate a large manufacturing unit with a budget > $5 million</li>
<li>Participating in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders</li>
<li>Track Shop and Suppliers short term plan verifying consistency against Master Schedule and Long-medium term planning cycle time, internal shop and supplier capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules</li>
<li>Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply and optimise Inventory level</li>
<li>Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity</li>
<li>Responsible to develop, introduce and improve usability of digital tools collaborating with system engineers, front-end developers and software developers.</li>
<li>Understand and track key deliverables (OTD/VTC, SMI, inventory turns, WIP aging)</li>

39;s degree in a relevant field or strong experience in production control, planning, supervision or sourcing</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment</li>
<li>Have the ability to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements</li>
<li>Display a mechanical mindset with an analytical approach to innovation</li>
<li>Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and competency with MS Office</li>
<li>Display good communication skills and fluency both with the Italian and English language</li>
<li>Show effective interpersonal and leadership skills</li>
