\n \n \n \n \n SOC Manager \n (Onsite, SA) \n C1 \n 10+ years of experience as SOC Manager \n \n \n \n \n \n Required skills: \n \n Minimum 8+ Years of experience leading Large SOC Deals \n Project Management Experience with PMP \n Security related certifications such as CEH, SANS, OSCP, CISSP. \n Understanding of Compliance Regulations ? PCI, SOX, GDPR etc. \n \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Overall SPOC at onsite for the project \n Technical Architect for all deployed Tools in SOC \n SIEM Specialist with hands on experience; architecting and deploying ArcSight Solution \n Reviewing SOC security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements \n Conducting regular system tests and ensuring continuous monitoring of deployed SOC Tools and processes \n Developing project timelines for ongoing SOC Activities \n Establishing disaster recovery procedures and conducting breach of security drills \n Promptly responding to critical and emerging security incidents and providing thorough post-event analysis \n On call support for critical incidents \n \n \n \n \n Security Information Event Management
