This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manage Sourcing Analytics COE operations from both short term and long term perspective to execute the supply chain functional strategy of the corporation. Benchmark the market trend and technologies and proactively build organizational capability and capacity to effectively partner with stakeholders for driving Sourcing excellence. Closely work with Global Commodity Managers, International Purchasing Office and the Global Sourcing council for supporting global Sourcing initiatives and driving standard approach for Leveraging ONE Eaton. These may include spend analysis, developing Negotiation Fact packs, supply base optimization projects through data analytics and market analysis Fostering employee involvement in continuous improvement efforts. Empowering teams to be decision makers in a customer-oriented environment. Identify the right skill set needed for the organization and recruit right talent into organization. Develop annual operating and performance measurement plans that align resources with corporate goals and objectives. Establish monitoring mechanisms to identify both areas for improvement and recognition. Collaborate with Sourcing Program Manager and Business SCM stakeholders to identify the need and transition suitable processes or activities to Sourcing COE, Pune. Work with sending side and Internal stakeholders to deliver flawless launch of new transitions and deploy sustainable processes, as per customer requirements on Time, Quality and Business Impact. Develop customer relationships and monitor customer satisfaction on a regular basis, aligned with global SCM approach and process. Responsible for establishing and maintaining service level agreements for each customer and activity and leading Performance enhancement reviews, by actively identifying and monitoring the key metrics defined and tracked for each of the workstreams Ensure integrity and accuracy of all information reported to internal and external customers. Promote quality culture within the GSC COE by focusing on reducing cycle times and costs of non-conformance. Should be able to foster CI culture with each of the functions Should drive proactive initiatives to drive growth and be able to establish efficient onboarding process with shortest time to full time production Drive towards improving cost out performance for Eaton SCM and focus on delivering business results with a sense of urgency Qualifications Requirement: 12+ years of supply chain management experience. Exposure to CoE environment essential. Strong Program Mgmt, Excellent Analytical, APQP, PPAP, TCO, Costing Strong Interpersonal, Team handling & Management, Strong customer focus Yes!
