SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC is looking for a new colleague located in Zalaegerszeg for the position of: Flow Controller Scope: Acting within a manufacturing plant (or supplying entity) on: - a part of the upstream & internal flows of the plant. - a part of the downstream flows of the plants (scope of Distribution Centers delivered). → perimeter of responsibility from the component supply to the plant until the finished Goods availability in the Distribution Centers. Responsible for the material replenishment of raw material, components and/or finished goods. Manage the replenishment backlog from creation to reception in the plant and/or DC. Use the Material Requirement Planning (right balance of Resource vs Need) to ensure an optimum stock availability, while minimizing the total stock on-hand. Be an active part of the Short Interval Management process and ensure that production and supply priorities are followed to secure the proper service level to customer. Collaborate with the Upstream and Downstream Planning Leader and Supply and Inventory Planner. Main activities - What will you do?/ Define and update the parameters of supply and stock management to achieve the target service level while reducing unhealthy stock and express cost. For materials in stabilized phase but also during ramp-up & ramp-down. Adjust those parameters in accordance to the SIOP / Master Production Planning decisions to ensure to supply customer requirement, while keeping optimizing the stock. Ensure the quality and consistency of key data: Lead Time, Quantity, Stocking policy. Manage the continuous needs/resources balance (MRP,…) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products. Manage the customer requests coming from the Customer Care Centers and Intra-Group customers through the Customer Claim Management Process. Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders). Measure the ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD (Internal & External Supplier Service Rates) and drive action plans to improve. Manage the component and finished goods shortages and to take actions to ensure the availability of the products. To feed the continuous improvement loop, perform the root cause analysis of the customer delays. Expectation - What qualifications will make you successful? 0-3 years of experience in logistics/ relevant field Fluent verbal/written in English&Hungarian Degree: Industrial engineer or relevant field Excel advanced level Experience in Industrial Management, Manufacturing Supply Chain, Stock management or Replenishment Knowledge in Supply Chain: understanding of flows, supply & demand and its relation, Replenishment, Material Management, Manufacturing planning Strong analysis skills, ability to convince people Good ability to collaborate with others SAP knowledge is preferable What's in it for me?
