You will be an individual contributor to multiple user experience engagements. You will be working on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge across multiple specialized business domains. <br><br><b> As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for: </b><br><ul><li> Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with Product Manager and Stakeholder </li><li> Translating requirements/briefs into engaging, interactive and customer-centric experiences </li><li> Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. </li><li> Creating wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, user research, personae creation. </li><li> Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems. </li><li> Adhering to and help evolve the design system </li><li> Keeping up with interaction design trends. </li><li> Researching technology trends. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br><b> To be successful in this role you will: </b><br><ul><li> Have 6years + experience in product/UX design. </li><li> Have good Portfolio showcasing the design though process </li><li> Have an Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers. </li><li> Have Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail. </li><li> Have an Ability to create user flows and wireframes, as well as pixel perfect design for developers. </li><li> Have an excellent sense of typography, layout and general design principles. </li><li> Have an Efficient working in Figma, Sketch and associated design tools. </li><li> Have good Knowledge and experience of user research and usability testing. </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
