Unit Clerk We are looking for a dynamic Unit Clerk to provide indirect/diirect patient care on the units. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Prepares and compiles records for the nursing departments. Initiates directions from physician and nursing staff. Participates in performance improvement activities. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies and procedures and standards. Monitors security cameras. Assists RN with patient care as needed.
