Join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and take your career to the next level!   Venturi, LLC., a Chenega Company, has an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Systems Analyst who will lead and execute analytical tasks, using analytical techniques and processes for complex development and operational programs, relevant program analytical principles, and practices for developmental and operational programs. The Advanced Systems Analyst will be capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems. Venturi plays a vital role in providing test support for Missile Defense Agency’s Directorate for Test (MDA/DT) for activities governing the entire test lifecycle. These activities include planning, development, implementation, sustainment, execution, analysis, and assessment of testing and test-related functions. Test-related functions include test processes, procedures, plans, policies, and activities related to test resources and infrastructure. This support includes developmental and operational system and component flight tests, ground tests, cyber tests, wargames, and exercises by (IAW) applicable MDA and Department of Defense (DoD) guidelines. This also includes test resources and the infrastructure required to conduct these activities. This support also augments the development of enterprise and program (element-specific) policies, plans, processes, and procedures, the implementation of guidance, and the interpretation of internal and external agency regulations, policies, directives, and other related documents. Responsibilities Analyze architecture designs and top-level requirements. Lead and coordinate the development of architecture requirements, development, and analysis in support of Service and Combatant Commands (CCMD) needs. Analyze and assess architecture system performance, verification, validation, and reporting. Lead, develop, and coordinate MDA vision and strategies to support the Warfighter, including coordinating with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, CCMDs, Intel Community (IC), Other Governmental Agencies (OGA), national labs, industry, and international partners. Coordinate and develop future requirements, technical analyses, and assessments of future concepts that can contribute to the Missile Defense System (MDS). Develop, coordinate, and maintain roadmaps to develop test, and field future capabilities to the MDS. Identify future technology needs, requirements, and priorities. Develop justification for future technology requirements and priorities. Coordinate future technology requirements across the breadth of MDA and with DoD, Joint Staff, Services, the IC, and OGAs. May be required to provide daily supervision and employee recruiting, development, and retention in compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. May be responsible for the management of program cost, schedule, and performance. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MA/MS and 10+ years of relevant experience OR BA/BS and 15+ years of experience in a related field may be substituted for the MA/MS degree requirement Must possess and maintain minimum Secret security clearance The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems. Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams. Working knowledge of weapons system components and mission. Familiarity with DOD and MDA processes and procedures. Ability to work in a high-paced environment while coordinating with multiple organizations and leadership. Proficient with Microsoft software applications. Ability to execute and complete tasks without supervision. Ability to lead a team of contractors in the completion of projects and tasks. Ability to travel 20-25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
