Compliance Engineer / Certification Engineer

<b>Compliance Engineer - Occhiobello-Italy</b><br><br><b>Job Summary:</b><br><br>The Compliance Engineer is the Subject matter Expert of all Regulatory/Product certifications. As part of Sustaining Engineering team, she/he ensures that our products obtain the certifications required, reaching the highest Quality and Safety standards.<br><br><b>Essential Responsibilities and Duties:</b><br> <ul> <li> Analyze the evolution of European Directives and International standards for their implementation on manufacturing and/or existing products (revamping/upgrading);</li> <li> Interface and collaborate with external consultants for the management of the product approval phases to specific regulatory requirements and product certification tasks;</li> <li> Be involved in the review of product Use and Maintenance manuals by interfacing with external suppliers;</li> <li> Manage the updating of the EU Declaration of Conformities based on project and legal requirements;</li> <li> Manage the updating of Risk Assessment;</li> <li> Manage the review and uploading of compliance documentation into the management system (Portal Network);</li> <li> Participate to technical review lead by project managers</li> <li> Provide support to the Manager with the intended scope to review and improve Technical Documentation;</li> <li> Participate to HARC/HAZOP analysis;</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Previous experiences and competencies:</b><br><br><b>Education: </b><br> <ul> <li> University Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Key Competencies</b><br><br><ul> <li> Basic Knowledge about European Directives (LVD/EMC/Machinery/ATEX/PED/RoHS);</li> <li> Fluent in English and Italian;</li> <li> Basic knowledge of design software 2D/3D;</li> </ul> <br><br><b>Behavior: </b><br> <ul> <li> Self-driven</li> <li> Good communication at all level of the Organization.</li> </ul>
