Production Engineer (6 months)

Description of assignment including tasks and responsibility<br> Work as a core member of the production engineering team working for the  asset with responsibilities including:<br> •            Ensuring safe and efficient production operations.<br> •            Integration and collaboration across disciplines to maximise the fields production potential including debottlenecking and increased oil recovery initiatives.<br> •            Perform production and injection monitoring, optimization, allocation and reporting.<br> •            Interface with project stakeholders, identify and communicate project risks and opportunities.<br> •            Prepare production chemistry management and remediation plans including selection and optimization of chemicals for downhole infrastructure.<br> •            Evaluate completion solutions, including advanced well completions.<br> •            Establish objectives and design premises for well planning and production tests.<br> •            Plan, execute and interpret pressure transient tests and production logs.<br> •            Prepare operational procedures.<br> •            Coordinate with drilling and wells to ensure well integrity management and planning of potential well interventions.<br> •            Perform well and production system hydraulic modelling and evaluations.<br> •            Participate and share in licence meetings with external stakeholders including partners and authorities.<br> Work related competence<br> •            Minimum 10 years technical production engineering experience with proven deliveries.<br> •            Broad technical background, an experienced and multiskilled Petroleum Engineer.<br> •            Strong background in ESP installation and operations.<br> •            Hands-on experience with commercial production engineering tools, such as IPM suite (Prosper/GAP), NETool.<br> •            Experience from production and injection management.<br> •            Experience from project development as well as operations.<br> •            Theoretical and operational experience with pressure transient analysis and well testing.<br> •            Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
