As the Project Analyst, you will be facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics &amp; shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft &amp; non-craft labor as well as management roles responsible solely for these activities.<br />
<br />
As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Booking Jobs in SAP including planning as per Projects team request initiation.</li>
<li>Managing billing milestones and revenue milestones when due</li>
<li>Invoicing of Jobs, and verification of support documents. Customer Survey milestones setup and trigger, supporting the service team when required in follow-up with customer</li>
<li>Billing back internal jobs and ensuring that cost hit parent country and that it happens simultaneously in the same month</li>
<li>Coordinating for delivery of invoices to the customer internally/externally.</li>
<li>Supporting the AR team in collections when requested.</li>
<li>Managing WIP/ECA and adjusting the balance as required.</li>
<li>Raising purchase to requestion for external POs and GR the POs when the delivery happens.</li>
<li>Tracking vendor payments and providing support when required (Ariba related)</li>
<li>Supporting engineers to get SAP Access, modification, and other SAP-related issues/help required.</li>
<li>Reviewing HW Reports like Sox, unbilled, PS reports, etc., and ensuring the errors are below the assigned targets.</li>
<li>Reviewing country-wise Revenue, Cost &amp; CM and taking timely action for correction, and data extraction to perform analysis.</li>

<li>Have a Master&
39;s in Accounting or Commerce with 5 yrs of experience in the Oil &amp; Gas Industry.</li>
<li>Have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP applications</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers, teams, and suppliers</li>
