Change Coordinator (Oracle Cloud Implementation)

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Change Coordinator to join the Southern Europe workstream within the broader Oracle Cloud implementation program. This workstream is in progress with an expected go live date in the second half of 2023. The primary responsibilities will be to support with driving change activities for specific functional areas, support the business readiness planning and assist in change communications. This role is a fixed-term contract of 12 months in duration and can be based in any of our UK office locations, with hybrid-working.<br />

<b>Responsibilities </b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Work with relevant leader to roll out change approach</li>
<li>Support with change impact assessments</li>
<li>Create business readiness action tracker for projects to ensure actions (e.g.from process workshops) are tracked through to completion</li>
<li>Support change planning activities</li>
<li>Work with the business to prepare training plan</li>
<li>Manage all invites for business engagement and training sessions</li>
<li>Support business process walkthroughs and assist with process mapping where required</li>
<li>Provide change management status reports to for each project</li>
<li>Support development of change templates and toolkits, particularly change management dashboards</li>

<li>Degree qualified or qualification in change management is preferred but not essential</li>

<li>Extensive experience of Excel, Powerpoint and Visio</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work</li>
