Our Completion and Well Intervention team leads the industry in well construction, completions solutions and well intervention. Our innovative solutions improve efficiency, production and increase reservoir value. We collaborate with on-site operators and customers to provide support and guidance ensuring the capacity and value is delivered.<br />

As a Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution and on time delivery for the assigned projects. You will coordinate the required job activities to ensure Baker Hughes execute jobs in line with customer expectations and our own job center process. You will work on a team and be required to satisfy our customer requirements.<br />
<br />
As Senior Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars</li>
<li>Coordinating and monitoring all job activities across organizational boundaries with prompt escalation of any issues that can impact service delivery</li>
<li>Managing contact with the client for job preparation, execution and close out</li>
<li>Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements</li>
<li>Performing job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential</li>
<li>Comparing job as planned versus job as executed and document any lessons learned globally to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement</li>
<li>Working a long side assembly, maintenance and overhaul (AMO), sales and commercial teams to drive perfect service delivery.</li>
<li>Work with regional support functions to meet and exceed the organizations targets.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s Degree or 8+ years of equivalent experience</li>
<li>Have 8+ years of experience in supervision or coordination preferably within liner hanger and completion services</li>
<li>Have experience working with multiple internal teams to meet customer requirements</li>
<li>Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving difficult customer issues</li>
<li>Take ownership and be accountable in all aspects of the job role</li>
<li>Have the capabilities to organize and direct a large team</li>
<li>Need to have consistent customer engagement</li>
</ul>
