Senior Drilling Performance Engineers

<p>Libera Consultants are currently supporting an international operating company who are looking to strategically hire a number of <strong>Senior Drilling Performance Engineers</strong> for their remote operations center in Spain. The successful candidate will have around 10 years&
39; experience and provide operational and engineering support to enhance drilling performance by monitoring, analyzing and optimizing various activities during well construction in order to achieve Operational Excellence.</p>

<p>Key responsibilities:</p>

<p>- Work on 24/7 Rotation support shift (8 hrs operation)</p>

<p>- Perform and validate key calculations for field personnel, such as, T&amp;D, hydraulics, casing wear, etc)</p>

<p>- Prepare and distribute performance benchmark through operational teams</p>

<p>- Daily monitoring of the performance KPI&
39;s, identify ILT&
39;s (Invisible Lost times) and other opportunities of improvement</p>

<p>- Distribute any high value lessons learned or best practice</p>

<p>- Support D&amp;C personnel with the use of performance evaluation and new analytic tools</p>

<p>- Capture and track all MOC&
39;s from global operations</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Background:</p>

<p>- Experience in D&amp;C operations, including in field operations and in engineering positions</p>

<p>- Skills in planning and well design software, specifically to Landmark suit</p>

<p>- Int. Skills in the evaluation of performance KPIs and identification of operational improvements</p>

<p>- Basin modeling skills, including hydraulics, torque and drag, drill string design, BHA design and vibration</p>

<p>- IWCF level 4 certification preferable</p>
