Analyzer Service Engineer

We are looking for an Analyzer Service Engineer for one of our clients in Power Sector based in Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. <br> <br> <b>Job Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Manage customer support as per customer requirements</li><li>Reporting to the Team Lead - Technical Support and customer contact.</li><li>Support End-user for Analytical Instrument Maintenance.</li><li>On-Site commissioning and Start-up Support.</li><li>On-site Emergency, Scheduled Maintenance and Troubleshooting support.</li><li>Coordination with Customer / Company's affiliates engineers for analytical technical issues.</li><li>Adhering to the customer Schedule & Quality Plan.</li><li>Preparation of required documents viz. training, troubleshooting procedure etc for Technical Support dept.</li><li>Technical Support to Service Sales team for analyzer spares business.</li><li>Working towards expansion of analytical spares and service business in Middle East.</li><li>Imparting analytical Training to the customers at their site or Company's facilities.</li><li>Carry out FAT and SAT for analytical package in Company's Factory and at various end user sites respectively.</li></ul><br> <b>Qualification and Experience</b><ul><li>A Degree in Engineering Field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in the Maintenance/Startup/Commissioning of analyzers packages.</li><li>Experience on working with Gas Chromatograph and analyzer packages.</li></ul><b>Other Competencies / Skills / Others</b><ul><li>Have the spirit working with others, and building team works.</li><li>Analytical system and maintenance concepts.</li><li>Good understanding of basic Instrumentation.</li><li>Knowledge of IT basics and Microsoft Applications.</li><li>Maintenance and safety standards.</li><li>Any control system knowledge.</li></ul><br><br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
