Mission: Ensure Master Planning Excellence with best efficient, effective, and economic process/resources and meet production requirement and achieve most customer satisfaction Responsibility: Optimize Master Planning to ensure customer's satisfaction on delivery dates and drive lead time Master Planning to balance routine requirement and supplement, also link to inventory topic Continuously increasing master planning productivity Well cooperation with team and related Dept. Optimize the warning process of missing parts and resilience on scheduling Qualification: 5 years working experience about master planning 3 years Process improvement, cross-organizational project experiences SAP PP, MM module & MS offices Good Communication Skill Good English Skill in writing, listening and oral Project Management Inventory Management Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g., PDCA,7 wastes,5s, A3, Process Mapping Quality awareness based on ISO 9001 requirement Organization: Portfolio Companies Company: Siemens Electrical Drives (Shanghai) Ltd.
