EPC Program Manager

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Massy Wood is recruiting for a EPC Program Manager with significant experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction within the oil and gas industry.<br />
<br />
The Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the contract ensuring that HSSE, Quality and performance objectives are met in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company and the Client. The Program Manager is also responsible for providing leadership to the management team, ensuring on time and within budget delivery.</p>

<li>Provide direction to the project team to ensure successful execution of projects.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and direction to the management team to ensure seamless project execution across various functions.</li>
<li>Have a clear understanding of the stage gate delivery and ensure their execution strategies are developed to meet the stage gate deliverable requirements.</li>
<li>Possess an in-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ensure the execution of the Contract in compliance within these terms &amp; conditions.</li>
<li>Lead, promote and adhere to Company&
39;s and Client&
39;s HSSE policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for meeting contract objectives and goals.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring the delivery of an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction management service to customers.</li>
<li>Ensure that Massy Wood Group QMS systems and procedures are implemented by the Project team.</li>
<li>Responsible for promoting and driving continuous improvement activities within all aspects of the business and within reasonable spheres of influence.</li>
<li>Responsible for developing contract KPIs and ensuring that the contract is delivered within the KPI targets.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing internal and external relationship that influence the delivery of the contract.</li>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s Degree in Engineering from a recognised university.</li>
<li>Master&
39;s degree in Engineering or Management preferred.</li>
<li>Certification in Project Management preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of twenty (20) years&
39; relevant experience.</li>
<li>Minimum fifteen (15) years Oil &amp; Gas industry experience.</li>
<li>Competent in a relevant technical discipline.</li>
<li>Knowledge and application of Project Management practices and procedures</li>
</ul>
