Senior Site Services Coordinator

<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Massy Wood is recruiting for a Senior Site Services Coordinator with extensive maintenance experience in the oil, gas and energy industry.</p>

<ul>
<li>To ensure Responsible Care.</li>
<li>To ensure compliance with Client procedures.</li>
<li>To ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality through the development of the requisite systems and audits.</li>
<li>To ensure the optimal use of the CMMS.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive scope of works and bid evaluation criteria for major maintenance works including but not limited to tank refurbishment, cooling tower maintenance, SCC and CUI works, major building projects, air condition servicing/repairs, grounds maintenance, fabric maintenance services, etc.</li>
<li>Perform Planning Activities as required.</li>
<li>Executes and coordinate the activities in General Maintenance.</li>
<li>Calculate labour and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas.</li>
<li>Organize for execution of work by developing job plans, obtaining HIDs, RAs, tools,<br />
equipment, materials, permits and other requirements, allocates personnel and other resources, resolving any concerns.</li>
<li>Develop project management plans, milestones and dashboards for maintenance projects.</li>
<li>Manage contractors during execution of maintenance projects.</li>
<li>Manage contractor cost during execution of maintenance projects to ensure adherence to budget.</li>
<li>Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.</li>
<li>Read and analyse data in order to determine manpower requirements and to evaluate current maintenance estimates and outputs.</li>
<li>Interpret and work with isometric drawings, P&amp;ID diagrams, structural drawings both for fabrication as well as for erection, field schemes, repair procedures, etc.</li>
<li>Supervision of small work groups during routine / outages / shutdowns and Turnarounds as required.</li>
<li>Hold Pre-task safety briefing and ensure that all persons working on the task are engaged and switched on.</li>
<li>Execute work in accordance with site rules and regulations.</li>

<b>Skills / Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree with and demonstrated skills in a maintenance function in the petrochemical industry with a minimum of 8 years&
39; experience in a maintenance function in the petrochemical industry.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years experience in a maintenance function in the petrochemical industry of which five (5) have been at a lead level</li>
<li>Training in Scaffolding<br />
- Painting and insulation<br />
- Lifting and rigging<br />
- Facilities maintenance<br />
- Confined space, banksman, elevated work</li>
<li>National citizen or permanent resident of Trinidad &amp; Tobago will be given preference.</li>
</ul>
