Roles & Responsibilities: The Program Coordinator II is responsible for providing analytical, administrative, operational, and programmatic support services to an assigned program area. The Program Coordinator II will be knowledgeable about institutional and program policies and procedures and provides support to a large or complex program or to multiple smaller programs. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with all aspects of 340B program and implements all applicable aspects of the Office of Pharmacy Affairs guidance as well as Mount Sinai Health System’s 340B policies and procedures. Synthesize and analyze all data related to the 340B drug discount program including pharmacy claim review, performing routine audits, and maintaining policies, procedures, and certification. Coordinates and oversees reporting of program statistics and the implementation of data collection procedures. Prepares and assists in the monitoring, various tracking and reporting measurements to ensure compliance with program. Maintains liaison with staff in other departments to coordinate program activities and training, accomplish program objectives, and ensure cooperative efforts are enhanced and available resources are utilized. Analyze utilization of the program and existing software to ensure program effectiveness and compliance Assists in monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness; demonstrates continuous efforts to improve support operations and systems, to streamline work processes and to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the program. Administers program procedures and systems. Ensures information is disseminated to staff regarding program and Mount Sinai Health System’s policies and procedures. Works with necessary external partners, acting as the liaison, to ensure effectiveness and compliance of the program. Maintain knowledge of the policy changes that impact the 340B program which includes, but not limited to, HRSA/OPA rules and Medicaid changes Assist in the preparation of program budgets and grants. May assists in monitoring, verifying and reconciliation of budget expenditures. Performs other related duties as assigned. The salary range for the role is $59,999.91 - $83,352.21 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
