In this role, you will develop and execute the integrated marketing plan with a focus on pipeline drivers and executive engagement. The role will allow you to exercise your creativity, and analytical and strategic thinking skills to make data-driven decisions while also providing the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues across sales and marketing. Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? As the Enterprise Marketing Manager for Israel, you will develop and execute an integrated marketing plan to support demand generation, pipeline creation, sales acceleration, account and executive engagement and ABM programs. You will need to develop strong sales stakeholder relationships built on trust and work effectively with customers, partners & vendors. What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis? As part of the MEE Marketing team, you will: Develop a deep understanding of the business and build the right marketing plans and programs in support of business and sales stakeholder objectives in Israel Act as primary marketing contact with sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions Partner with sales operations to monitor and forecast regional pipeline performance at the country level Execute marketing programs designed to scale across your set of accounts to meet sales objectives including executive engagement, communication tools, demand generation and contact acquisition Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute ABM strategy and programs for a subset of top accounts Ensure target customers & priorities are top of mind in all regional marketing activities. Actively collaborate with the solutions, customer/audience/exec and partner marketing teams on your region’s needs as you develop, plan, execute, align region plans, and leverage central resources in the market Work with partners and Partner Marketing Team to plan and execute joint activities Own reporting and tracking of program pipeline and performance results tied to quarterly and annual targets. Manage regional budgets, SFDC campaigns, and lead the process to meet operational targets and SLAs What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like? Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
