Job Description Early Career Program Manager Are you passionate about developing future leaders? About the Role As an Early Career Program Manager, self-motivated, driven professional you will guide a team of early-career employees through an accelerated development journey. The successful candidate has effective communication and influencing skills, is able to manage multiple priorities with a positive, results-driven attitude. Responsibilities Leading and managing the Early Career program, including but not limited to placements, performance management, learning and development and onboarding. Working directly with business sponsors and key stakeholders to develop and deliver a best-in-class program. Designing and implement initiatives aimed at developing and retaining junior talent. Engaging with people leaders throughout the talent cycle to impart best practices for managing and developing early-in-career talent. Partnering with Total Rewards to ensure appropriate rewards structure for program participants. Reviewing and enhancing the program structure and strategy on an on-going basis. Continuing involvement in ongoing headcount planning and forecasting. Working with HR Analytics to develop a scorecard defining key program metrics. Working as a Liaise with Talent Acquisition to support on-going hiring of program participants. Managing analysts periodic talent processes including performance ratings, review conversations, career discussions and incentive decisions. Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience (program management, early career program experience, event/meeting planning). Human Resources experience is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills, written and oral communications, facilitation skills, strong work ethic and initiative. Ability to liaise and influence stakeholders at various levels of management, including engaging with senior leaders. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.
