Job Description Job Description Senior IT Program & Project Management Analyst Job Details Posting Job Title Senior Project Manager Job Purpose Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, monitor, control, and successful delivery of infrastructure implementation projects. Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Commanding a project (drive accountability of project resources, provide direction, clear obstacles, stay ahead of potential risks) Responsibility 2 Delivering projects on time and on budget Responsibility 3 Building and leading cross-functional teams Responsibility 4 Communicating project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams Responsibility 5 Establishing clear stakeholder expectations Responsibility 6 Solving complex problems that require critical thinking Responsibility 7 Adhering to stringent reporting requirements Responsibility 8 Monitoring performance in project control activities Responsibility 9 Identifing project risks and develop solid mitigation plans Responsibility 10 Communicating effectively and is accustomed to engaging with senior business and technology leaders Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 Possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field. Requirement 2 10+ years of IT project management experience Requirement 3 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management Requirement 4 3+ years experience managing infrastructure projects Requirement 5 Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI) Requirement 6 Communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels from engineer to executives Requirement 7 Show the ability to influence, negotiate and inspire others Requirement 8 Possess excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail Requirement 9 Possess excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and writing Flexible Working Patterns At Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
