Lead Diagnostic Specialist

We oversee and support the installation, maintenance and long- term planning of our products cutting edge at global customer sites<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Lead Diagnostic Specialist will prepare technical reports and suggest improvements for the analytics. They will also propose new diagnostics to optimize monitoring service or adapt service for specific customer needs.<br><br><b>As a Lead Diagnostic Specialist, you will be responsible for:</b><br> <br><ul><li>Overseeing Monitoring & Diagnostic fleet. This is composed of aero derivative and heavy-duty gas turbines; steam turbines; centrifugal and reciprocating compressors; electrical motors and generators; gearboxes; and auxiliaries<br></li><li>Analyzing data and alerts generated by M&D analytics platform<br></li><li>Troubleshooting technical issues on monitored fleet and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing<br></li><li>Preparing and reviewing of technical documentation such as trip root cause analyses, anomaly notifications and monthly reports<br></li><li>Meeting cycle time and volumetric goals while ensuring quality for M&D notifications and reports<br></li><li>Utilizing System1 software to perform deep investigation on rotodynamic issues<br></li><li>Navigating and interpreting site-specific control software and engineering documents to support technical analyses<br></li><li>Supporting the development and deployment of diagnostic systems in terms of hardware, software, data acquisition and analytics<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's from an accredited college or university<br></li><li>Have technical experience in Machinery Diagnostics, Services Engineering, Field Services and/or Product Design<br></li><li>Have experience in rotating equipment and GE, BH turbomachinery products<br></li><li>Be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis (flexible compensation time received for weekend / holiday shifts)<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
