Advisor - Real-Time Systems

<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Provide management information systems expertise guidance/standards for the development and deployment of enterprise wide tools for transferring process data to it system data.</li>
<li>Manage and recommend on project administration with an in depth understanding of underlying business processes.</li>
<li>Manage tenders cycle, technical specification, evaluate proposal, setting up the agreement strategy, suitable service level agreement, supervise the execution, and implement operational services.</li>
<li>Liaise with operation teams for project related activities.</li>
<li>Prepare and administer project detail plans that include timelines, milestones, resourcing, dependencies, and their associated risks.</li>
<li>Understanding and designing business processes mappings to IT/Exploration and production systems for implementation.</li>
<li>Understand the impact of business change agendas and translate their impact into a decision making cycle.</li>
<li>Recognize and improve on process inefficiencies within the group, trouble shoot systems and perform root cause analysis and measure the effectiveness and performance of system.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>

<p>M.Sc. or B.Sc. in petroleum sciences or engineering, electronics, communication, systems, or other relevant discipline.</p>

<ul>
<li>20+ years professional work experience.</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 16 years of oil &amp; gas industry experience.</li>
<li>Understanding of upstream oil process and project lifecycle.</li>
<li>Ability to understand business and the impact of change.</li>
<li>Knowledge of DCS, SCADA, telemetry, Simulations, Real time system, business information Model, data quality and various communication systems in an industrial environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of upstream oil &amp; gas process control systems.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge Upstream software/Hardware system</li>
<li>Instrumentation, shutdown systems, and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Cross-functional experience in system design and integration</li>
