As a Lead Project Logistic Manager, you will play a key role inside Logistic team. You will be responsible for the overall logistic activities relevant to the assigned E&amp;P projects, joining a dynamic and innovative team, focused on bringing fresh ideas and solutions in the logistic E&amp;P complex environment.<br />
<br />
As a Lead Project Logistic Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Being reference point for the E&amp;P Project Team for the overall Logistic activities</li>
<li>Managing, evaluating, and controlling the Logistic KPIs of the project.</li>
<li>Assuring HSE and Quality level will be in compliance with Company rules and Customer&
39;s expectation.</li>
<li>Influencing and sponsoring the implementation of the cost-out / improvement plans.</li>
<li>Managing Inbound of heavy-lift items, in respect with project milestone and cost effectiveness</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a technical background, with the ability to influence functional stakeholders and Customer, or Project Management expertise.</li>
<li>Show previous experience in transportation of heavy lift goods; Project cargo experience will be highly appreciated.</li>
<li>Demonstrate commercial acumen and be able to work independently, without close supervision to achieve pre-agreed objectives.</li>
<li>Display presentation skills and ability to interact with senior management, with specific reference to finance results and business case presentation.</li>
<li>Be able and willing to travel for short customer meetings (up to 25%).</li>
<li>Be fluent in English both written and spoken. Fluency in Italian as well is highly preferred.</li>
<li>BE eligible to work in EU.</li>
