39;s degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>:</span><br /><span>8 year(s)</span><br /><br /><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Degree Preferred</b><span>:</span><br /><span>Master Degree</span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>:</span></p><p>Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing the development and utilization of technology, emphasizing the following areas:</p><ul><li>Managing a portfolio of products, while reporting to Directors and above;</li><li>Defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market, which involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved - namely marketing, sales, and customer support;</li><li>Assisting in business development activities to help identify opportunities on new/existing customers;</li><li>Overseeing market research and developing marketing strategies;</li><li>Delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities;</li><li>Generating product requirements;</li><li>Determining technical specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for</li><li>product introduction;</li><li>Managing the Product Lifecycle by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets;</li><li>Collaborating closely with solution architect counterpart on implementation design and documentation;</li><li>Utilizing and applying product knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;</li><li>Exploring new technologies, assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;</li><li>Demonstrating flexibility by working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements;</li><li>Establishing a successful collaboration model with business leadership teams and functional leadership teams; and,</li><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with key management within significant vendor organizations and leveraging those relationships to solve relationship issues and stay current with technology and other developments within those companies.</li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
