SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC is looking for a new colleague located in Zalaegerszeg for the position of: Maintenance Engineer Scope: : responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production / manufacturing equipment in a entity. Animation of a team / process(es) involving the elaboration and application of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost. Strong contributor to continuous improvement. What will you do? Enforce safety & health rules & 5S Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations requiring the use of a wide field of expertise Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state Could manage functionally a technician team to complete actions (Preventive maintenance, developments, etc.) Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines Maintain the PLC programs on production lines, Programming laser marking equipment, Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line Has a complementary expertise with Method engineers Data ownership: Ensure consistency and updating of the information system maintenance Be the Data-Owner of Maintenance Department managing all data (creation, update and deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools). Can also be Key-User of the Maintenance Domain (PM) What qualifications will make you successful? Has relevant engineer degree Min. 1-3 years of experience in engineering/ relevant field Fluent verbal/written in English ERP system MS Office What's in it for me?
