SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC is looking for a new colleague located in Zalaegerszeg for the position of: Line Engineer Scope: Expert specialized in several areas of knowledge regarding production / manufacturing processes in an entity (eg. process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance etc.). Strongly contributing to / leading continuous improvement actions. Main activities - What will you do?/ He prepares the technical documents for the production line in cooperation with local engineers Adaptation of processes and production workstations to existing products by improving industrial performance Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements Implements Lean/6 Sigma tools Participate or organise project follow ups meetings and documents it Calculate the capacities vs workload balance with the dedicated tools in internal and external lines Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs Qualifies means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location Pilots new productions ramp-up He has a complementary expertise with Maintenance Engineer Expectation - What qualifications will make you successful? Has relevant engineer degree 1-3 years of experience in engineering/ relevant field Lean knowledge Has relevant project engineer experience/knowledge Fluent verbal/written in English ERP system MS Office What's in it for me?
