<b>Responsibilities </b><br />
<br />
Weatherford have an exciting opportunity for an experience Operations Supervisor to join the team in Altens, Aberdeen. The Operations Supervisor will manage the daily operations in accordance with Company policy, governmental legislation, and quality service goals, through the effective and efficient use of its financial, capital, and human resources. Act as liaison for internal and external customers and ability to provide solutions on the department product line.<br />

DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>

<li>Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfil organizational and product line goals efficiently and effectively.</li>
<li>Regularly communicates field performance, support, and quality objectives to Operations Manager.</li>
<li>Communicate with wider operations and sales teams on customer requirements and time frames.</li>
<li>Oversees the training of field personnel, trying to maintain the necessary balance between the area&
39;s operational requirements and individual development needs.</li>
<li>Demonstrates effective Safety leadership and Root Cause Analysis for all incidents affecting safety and service quality in the product line.</li>
<li>Actively undertake investigations into service delivery related issues.</li>
<li>Regularly assess the resources and support required to perform a safe and high-quality job and ensure strict adherence to Service Quality and Safety Standards.</li>
<li>Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Customer&
39;s activity plans and local market conditions to help forecast activity trends to assist in the preparation of the business plans.</li>
<li>Preparation of reports in relation to field operations and service delivery for internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Available on 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs (as required).</li>
<li>Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action for field team.</li>
<li>Fosters and leads for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the internal process within the organization meet the needs of the business.</li>
<li>Leads and motivates employees to work to the best of their ability as part of the team through open communications, regular meetings, coaching and counselling, attention to their needs, recognition and rewards for their individual contributions and collective accomplishments.</li>
<li>Creates an environment of accountability where each employee is held to the same standard of accountability for their actions regardless of their span of control or scope of responsibility.</li>
<li>Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.</li>
<li>Support customer operations.</li>
<li>Perform various other duties assigned by manager within the physical constraints of the job.</li>
</ul>

<b>Qualifications </b></p>

<ul>
<li>10+ years experience in Completions, Well Services &amp; Well Construction Product operations.</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch and track resources in support of field operations.</li>
<li>Operations supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Ability to comprehend, understand and implement a Quality and Safety Environment.</li>
<li>Basic financial understanding (budget and forecasting).</li>
<li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills.</li>
<li>Proven people-management, organizational- and team skills.</li>
<li>Enthusiastic, pro-active and the ability to carry out tasks under instruction.</li>
<li>Good mentoring / leadership skills.</li>
