Our integrated, multidiscipline teams comprise experts in formation evaluation, geoscience, geomechanics, reservoir modeling and simulation, reservoir engineering and well production. The Global Key Account team provides direction and innovation within the broader Sales & Commercial organisation for all Product Line interaction at enterprise level<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Global Subject Matter for Reservoir Engineering you will act as a senior leader and coordinator of technical projects for external customers and Product Lines, and lead global communication between clients, Product Lines and the RTS region and HQ teams. You will have responsibility for coordinating multiple projects and collaborative efforts between RTS regions and Product Lines. You will be the key contact person globally for external clients and Product Lines, taking responsibility for project delivery and discipline excellence.<br><br>You will also be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Providing reservoir engineering related analysis using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques to provide Best-In-Class solutions for the client. </li><li>Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.</li><li>Providing routine client follow-up and product delivery, reviewing and providing technical input to client proposals.</li><li>Project managing, peer reviews and participating in complex integrated projects.</li><li>Writing and presenting industry papers and publications and chairing technical sessions at industry events.</li><li>Guiding and managing strategic solutions to address evolving markets and positively impact customer profitability.</li><li>Acting as the global focal point for development, implementation, or optimization of a deliverable, service, technology, workflow or process.</li><li>Leading customer-focused technical events and symposiums. </li><li>Leading and authoring training content and/or facilitate formal internal training courses.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelor's degree in a reservoir engineering related subject plus considerable additional years of experience in Reservoir Engineering in either an operator, consultancy or service company</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate expert knowledge of reservoir engineering topics and ability to speak with clients about discipline applications.</li><li>Be highly proficient in reservoir engineering software</li><li>Possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentational skills, with recent experience of presenting at external industry events and report writing</li><li>Understand related technical disciplines and familiarity with the workings of multi-disciplined reservoir studies with a proven track record of working in a diverse range of basins and provinces worldwide</li><li>Have expert understanding of the range of geological settings and reservoir complexities.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Expert ability to analyse and resolve problems.</li><li>Have a proven track record of the ability to lead and execute programs and projects with highly established project management skills</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
