Major Duties & Responsibilities Devise and execute marketing strategies to maximize the value of a new CV(cardiovascular) product especially through marketing-led campaigns to raise disease awareness and diagnosis for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(oHCM) in Korea Build and maintain relationships with HCPs to ensure the value proposition of a new CV product during critical launch period and to support market access initiatives Develop effective promotional materials for HCPs and provide product training to sales team to improve promotion effectiveness pre/post-launch Develop and execute a thorough HCP engagement plan based on identified customer needs and channel preferences to ensure proper omnichannel experience Develop and maintain effective interactions with key functions such as Sales, Medical, Market Access, Government affairs and other stakeholders Collaborate with other CV marketers to achieve operational synergy within CV team Ensure the integrity of a new CV product marketing activities in accordance with local, regional and corporate compliance policies. Devise and execute strategies to improve disease awareness and pathway to diagnosis of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(oHCM) in Korea Lead collaboration with key societies to increase diagnosis of oHCM Lead collaboration with potential industry partners(diagnostic solution providers) to increase diagnosis of oHCM Planning and execution of disease awareness initiatives for HCPs to raise awareness regarding unmet needs of oHCM Planning and execution of disease awareness initiatives for patients to raise awareness regarding oHCM Develop and execute account level strategic initiatives to identify hurdles and improve the diagnostic and treatment landscape of oHCM Elucidation of current diagnostic and treatment environment for oHCM in key accounts including patient flow Assess level of disease awareness in key accounts, devise and execute tactics to improve disease awareness at account level if necessary Devise and execute account level tactics to improve current diagnostic environment for oHCM(e.g., peer to peer education, referral network) Lead collaborative efforts with sales team and medical to improve diagnostic environment to ultimately increase diagnosis rates for oHCM Material development and deployment to support the above Desired Experience & Qualifications Bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Business is preferred Expected 2-5 years experience in marketing in developing and implementing strategic product marketing plan, sales forecasting, and tactical marketing plans in pharmaceutical/healthcare related industries. Experience in cardiology field is preferred Effective communication skill and high level of English fluency is required.
