Its primary responsibility is to maintain Saudi Aramco's rotating and stationary equipment. The department plays a vital role in the company as it provides support to all field organizations by maintaining and repairing corporate equipment. Once qualified for the position you will be at the heart of one of the most advanced energy companies around the globe. <br><br><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br><br>You will be required to perform the following: <br> <br> Provide consultation in all aspects of normal and emergency manufacturing procedures and standards. <br> <br> Provide technical support for material that needs to be utilized for parts manufacturing. <br> <br> Support installation, maintenance and repair of rotating equipment <br> <br> Troubleshoot, repair, modify existing equipment, reverse engineering and Identify cost reductions & process improvements. <br> <br> Introduce the latest technology in repair methodology. <br> <br> Ability to design engineering manufacturing packages. <br> <br> Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to Junior Engineers. <br> <br> Participate in vendor and customer exchange meetings. <br> <br> Participate in standards value engineering. <br><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of Seven years' hands on experience in Mechanical Manufacturing field as stipulated above under position description. <br> <br> Candidate must have the following field experience requirements: <br> <br> Candidate should have excellent experience in understanding and reviewing manufacturing drawings of spare parts used in automotive, drilling and or rotating equipment industry. <br> <br> Candidate must have experience in using manufacturing machines and tools in including relevant software application i.e Solid Work, Pully work and Geomajic. <br> <br> Candidate with experience in reverse engineering field is highly preferable. In addition, the candidate should have experience in 3D printing. Last but not the least they must ability to train and develop other young engineers. <br> <br> Experience in manufacturing with OEM (original equipment manufacturing) facility such as, Flowserve, Sulzer, ITT gold, GE-Nuovo Pignone, Elliott, Dresser-Rand, Clarke. <br> <br> Experience in the mechanical manufacturing design, drawing and parts manufacturing of oil and gas rotating equipment such as gas compressors, steam turbine and pump and gearbox. <br> <br> Must have good communication skills in English speaking, reading and writing. <br><br><b> Working environment </b> <br> <br> Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly. <br> <br> At Aramco, our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
