The Role The Regional Change Manager role is responsible for the deployment and support of business change for colleagues across multiple European countries. The main focus is the adoption of new processes and technologies, leading to improved colleague and customer experiences. Reporting to the CX Transformation Director, the successful applicant will have a passion for helping organisations make change happen in an international context. The Regional Change Manager will be a main driver of new ways of working and introducing a new culture. Ultimately the change team will be responsible for the success of the CX Programme across the European Businesses. The CX Programme The Europe region of Rentokil Initial has embarked on the largest investment project to date, with the key objectives of Increasing Customer Retention and Improving the Colleague Experience [CX]. The change programme is focused on the touchpoints for our customers across their journey with the Rentokil Pest and Initial Hygiene brands, making each and every encounter better and more enjoyable. The programme is a collection of projects encompassing change to culture, ways of working and supporting technology that will address the core business functions (i.e. Sales, Service, Customer Care and Back Office operations). Responsibilities Stakeholder Management: Build outstanding relationships with all regional and country stakeholders (Business and Technical), ensuring each stakeholder’s training and communication needs are addressed. Drive the Change project timelines through managing the country stakeholders and ensuring delivery of the right message at the right time to the right stakeholders. Provide day to day direction to all Country Change managers involved, specifically providing guidance advice and input as required to workstream leads. Train and coach local market Change Managers in their business change journey Coordinate with other specialists (Comms & Training Mgr, Business leaders, Product Mgrs) Create actionable plans, collateral and deliverables for the change management levers of Communications, Stakeholders, and Training. Integrate change management activities into the Market project plans, technical projects and ultimately the Programme plan (in conjunction with the Market Change Managers) Complete change mgt assessments - evaluate and ensure user and business readiness Create and update the Change Management Register for each project including: i) Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics ii) Identify and manage anticipated resistance iii) Measurement of success benefits- consult and coach market project teams iv) Write and review the generic Change Project plan from past change activities Develop each market’s Change Project Plan with the Programme Manager Review market Project RAID logs and resolve issues / blockers or make recommendations to the Transformation Director Support the business leaders and CX Transformation Director in building country commitment to projects through appropriate change and stakeholder engagement. Requirements Extensive operational experience in design and delivery of business change management.
