Director EV Charging Solutions – Partnerships & Integration The Director EV Charing Solutions – Partnerships & Integration will develop and grow existing and new EV charging opportunities, as well as manage and develop charging partnerships that align with the Hertz EV strategy. The primary focus of the position is to expand the Hertz EV charging solutions and infrastructure to support the Hertz EV rental customer as well as develop charging partner strategies that increase brand awareness, optimize costs and drive revenue. The position will be the point on charging solution expansion, working closely with cross functional operational, technology and product teams to integrate new partnerships. What you will do: · Identify and evaluate potential partners and opportunities that mitigate risk and align with the Hertz EV strategy · Negotiate and execute agreements with partners that drive agreed upon revenue goals and objectives for the business · Develop partnership performance reporting and deliver to Hertz leadership · Evaluate the financials of new partnerships while partnering with internal Hertz finance teams Education: · Bachelors degree Qualifications: · Deep understanding of the EV landscape and its business drivers · High level of understanding of technology driven solutions · Excellent financial acumen · Excellent business acumen Skills: · Self-motivated with strong DRIVE to succeed · Strategic thinker with strong execution skills · Excellent communication and networking skills · Ability to multi-task · Strong Marketing skills · Strong Analytic skills · Solid Sales Presentation skills · Planning, organizing, and time management · Passionate for EV and delivering upon customer needs At Hertz, we champion and celebrate a culture of diversity and inclusion.
