Job Description Technology Product Owner Consultant Job Details Posting Job Title Technology Consulting & Solutions Management Job Purpose The Lead PO will work as a translator between the Business units and the Technology team. The Lead PO will also assist in project management. Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs Responsibility 2 Interacting with business and operations stakeholders to determine requirements for new projects and enhancements. Responsibility 3 Participating in all phases of the SDLC to ensure implementation of system requirements Responsibility 4 Providing recommendations to internal business groups on process improvement projects by analyzing business process flows and identifying changes. Responsibility 5 Defining current/future state process flows. Responsibility 6 Handling change management. Conducting root cause analysis and risk/issue identification. Responsibility 7 Delivering the following artifacts as needed: Business requirements document, functional requirements, use cases, wire frames, report mockups, dashboards and process workflow design. Responsibility 8 Performing data analysis using SQL, MS Access or related technologies. Responsibility 9 Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives Responsibility 10 Assisting testing team to ensure requirements are easily understood and to identify comprehensive testing scenarios. Prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment. Leading BA team and in team management, work delegation, mentoring and tracking. Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience Requirement 2 8+ years experience in SDLC, gathering and documenting requirements for various complex business systems Requirement 3 Provide the ability to conduct business requirement sessions, JAD sessions and various elicitation techniques Requirement 4 Provide the ability to grasp technical concepts and translate business requirements into Functional Specifications Requirement 5 Possess expert knowledge of TFS and tracking US and sprints management Requirement 6 Able to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Flexible Working Patterns At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $103,180- $134,000.
