We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for company.<br><br>Partner with the best <br><br>As a Procurement Specialist you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. You will apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.<br><br>As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams. <br><br> &bull; Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes in the own field. <br><br> &bull; Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. <br><br> &bull; Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months <br><br>Fuel your passion <br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma). <br></li><li>Recent graduates are considered, maximum of 2 years' experience in Procurement or Sourcing. <br></li><li>Be proficient in MS Office, SAP, and SAP Ariba. <br></li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers. <br></li><li>Work in a way that works for you <br></li><li>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
