What You Will Do Ascension Via Christi is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for Ascension Via Christi's Clinical Research team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide medical/research services to participants in Wichita, Kansas. Position Highlights: Join a great clinical research team! Subinvestigator opportunity offering detailed patient assessment and analysis. No weekends or call required. Responsibilities: Obtains patient history and performs assessment. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic procedures. Provides and documents direct treatment and management of health conditions. Job Requirements Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts or Nursing and board certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. Work Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.
