Job Description • Supports all aspects of transaction execution. • Works closely with business teams, internal functional experts (legal, finance, tax, etc.), and outside advisors to support execution. • Leads analysis of technology industry, geographic trends to help generate informed perspectives on the Company M&A / partner roadmap that best aligns with corporate strategy and growth objectives. • Leads development of financial projections for merger and acquisition opportunities. • Creates detailed financial analysis and develops comprehensive pro forma financial models, valuation analysis, and synergy models. • Leads preparation of high-quality presentation materials for all levels of senior management and board of directors. • Assists senior members in making recommendations and conclusions on Merger & Acquisition / partnership strategy that align with Company’s growth initiatives. • Assists in post-acquisition integration by ensuring that cross-functional teams are all executing on their respective M&A integration plans.
