39;s code of ethics and business conduct.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><br><br><p><b><u>Job Requirements and Preferences</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b><u>Basic Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Degree Required</b><span>:</span><br /><span>High School Diploma</span><br /><br /><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>:</span><br /><span>6 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT project management and strategy development.</span><br /><br /><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span><br /><br /><b>Degree Preferred</b><span>:</span><br /><span>Bachelor Degree</span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Fields of Study</b><span>:</span><br /><span>Management Information Systems</span><br /><br /><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>:</span></p><p>Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:</p><ul><li>Managing infrastructure projects with an oversight in the delivery Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, WAN/LAN, Sound Masking, Premise Security, or Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS);</li><li>Sourcing provider led projects within Domain establishing accuracy and completion of the following by the sourcing provider project team (health and status, deliverable(s), financials, etc);</li><li>Bringing in necessary leads to address delivery concerns with sourcing provider led project such as Sr. Delivery Manager;</li><li>Providing deliverable end-to-end project estimates, and for monitoring quality, health and performance of deliverable(s); </li><li>Establishing stakeholders have appropriate training and support documentation for project delivery;</li><li>Supporting Service Manager - Sr. Delivery Manager by consulting within territory on pre-project delivery;</li><li>Providing Project management of efforts including both PwC led and sourcing provider led;</li><li>Owning and delivering end to end project including Project Management Plan/Approach, Stakeholder Management, Scope and Schedule Management, Status Reporting, and Project Procurement and Financial Management (initial estimates, actuals, forecast, estimate to complete);</li><li>Creating Communication and Escalation Plan - Standing Meetings, Status Reporting, Escalations;</li><li>Managing vendor relationships during project including quality and cost and product acceptance;</li><li>Addressing escalated delivery issues; bringing themes and trends to Sr. Delivery Manager;</li><li>Engaging directly with project stakeholders and with external teams for issue resolution; and, </li><li>Driving continuous quality improvements across territory to facilitate a consistent and positive user experience, through process optimization, automation and innovation.<span class='emphasis'> </span></li></ul><br>At PwC, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, in-person, and flex (a hybrid of in-person and virtual).
