During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience. <br><br> As an Intern, you will be: <br><br><ul><li> Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset </li><li> Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements </li><li> Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks </li><li> Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders </li><li> Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b> <br><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><br><ul><li> Be currently enrolled in<b> a Geology, Petroleum, or Industrial Engineering Bachelors' degree</b> program and have <b> at least 1 year left of school </b>. </li><li> Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to <b>3.0 out of 4.0 o</b>r the equivalent in your country </li><li> Be fluent in oral and written<b> English </b> </li><li> Have the <b>legal right to work </b>without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the country you have applied </li></ul><br><b> Essential Responsibilities </b><br><ul><li> Assist the RTS Group in the follow-up of Consulting projects. </li><li> Assist in the control of project execution, consultant hours/days per project and documentation of Consulting (and/or Geoscience) reports under the quality management process. </li><li> Interact with project teams to plan any requirements they may have related to ongoing and upcoming projects. </li><li> Conduct progress presentations of assigned tasks. </li><li> Follow up on HSE observation cards created by RTS Enel Andean area personnel. Ensure their closure in a timely manner. </li></ul><br><br><b> Desired characteristics </b><br><ul><li> Knowledge of Petroleum Engineering (Reservoir, Production), Geology, Processes (Basic Project Management). </li><li> Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and with professionals from different countries (consultants/Geoscientists) </li><li> Have/demonstrate a sense of urgency at the project level or when challenges/problems arise </li><li> Proficient in Microsoft suite (priority Excel, MS Project). </li></ul><br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
