Global 100 Program Leadership & Development Program Intern The Wipro Leadership Development MBA Internship is a 10 weeks summer program designed to ensure interns gain valuable insight into what a future with Wipro would be like. During the program, interns will have an opportunity to work on a challenging assignment, to learn about our business and service lines; and to interact with various business leaders from across the organization. Interns who demonstrate success and show a strong cultural fit at Wipro will be considered for the post-MBA 15-month Global 100 Rotational Development Program. Training, team building, and networking opportunities during the internship What we look for Completion of 1st year MBA program 4-7 years of previous work experience Demonstrated leadership, analytics and problem solving skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and to demonstrate high levels of resilience and flexibility Aptitude to work in a variety of functions and environments, with strategic and global mindset Engaging communication skills and ability to influence decisions Eligibility to work on a permanent basis without sponsorship
