Service Governance Lead In this role you will be… Responsible for driving continual service improvements in alignment with services in process, data, governance. Research and identify programs, projects and initiatives which deliver value added capability to underpin services in area of analytics, governance, automation, and communication. Work in partnership with services to build a 2–3-year strategy to drive a continuous improvement agenda. Ownership, development, and delivery of business technology which underpins the organization, analytics, and reporting platforms. Manage third party vendors, suppliers, and partners on delivery of technology strategy across External Expert Engagement organization. Execution of all service governance, risk, project meetings and agendas. Delivery of set standards in the areas of service management, governance and projects. Ensure management and maintenance of business intelligence products. Delivery of aligned KPIs and metrics to support service performance. Delivery of effective communication strategy for the organization incl. Townhalls, Governance boards etc. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Experience of service management processes; risk, problem, change, knowledge, issue, request fulfilment, MMCs etc. Business process design, modelling, optimization through Six Sigma or similar Designing impactful communication and reports (i.e., infographics etc.) Understanding and experience of service delivery processes Experience in using SharePoint, MS Excel Experience in using data analytic reporting tools e.g., Excel, QlikView, PowerBI, Azure etc. Preferable understanding of process improvements using automation principles and tools Strong customer focus Ability to understand, map and identify improvements to processes Demonstrated attention to detail Good written and verbal communication and people skills Ability to produce persuasive and concise documents Ability to work off own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility At GSK we offer a wide range of additional benefits: Career at one of the leading global healthcare companies.
