The primary purpose of this contract is to provide outstanding systems engineering services vital for MDA mission success at multiple locations around the world. Venturi, LLC has an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Sytsems Engineer who will play an important role supporting Missile Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract. In this role, you will provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Warfighter/International Integration office (MDA/CAI) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and analysis and to the Warfighter for all engineering and technical issues related to the missile defense system. The work is performed as part of an on-site contractor team at MDA facilities at the MDIOC on Schriever Space Force Base, CO. Responsibilities Work you’ll do    As a Senior Systems Engineer within our TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering team, you will:  Provide wargame and missile defense subject matter expertise to MDA/CAI in its role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting Assist CAI by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, table top exercises, and capstone events Provide expertise to CAI in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services, and Defense Agencies Support CAI in conducting missile defense system architectural analyses with international partners and warfighting CCMDs Facilitate missile defense collaborative planning, analyses, and systems engineering for designated international acquisition and international cooperative programs Travel, to include international locations, may be required. Qualifications Required Skills: Masters degree in a STEM field with 12+ years experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project with specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, and engineering for defense-related programs Ability to plan and execute required support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA senior leaders and MDA warfighter and international working group meetings in support of MDA/CAI Active Secret security clearance This position requires travel. Per a directive from our customer, the individual hired for this position must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and must show evidence of vaccination upon hire.
