Global Product Marketing Assistant Manager

JO MALONE LONDON Jo Malone London has the exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Assistant Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This position would be responsible leading the operational product development of the brand’s tri-category portfolio across the full product lifecycle, from concept initiation to launch. Project manage the product and campaign development process by collaboration with all departments throughout the business to execute consistent and successful 360 Marketing Campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project management of different product category development will involve the coordination of input from all cross functional teams to: create product concepts through identifying brand opportunities in the category and assessing competitive activity across the marketing landscape assess product development viability through financial analysis of COG and impact on the business. co-develop formula and packaging provide forecast guidance and tracking brief Creative and coordinate the development of campaign assets ie shoot requirements, copy, visual merchandising and events that support new launches. Attend weekly Creative Update meetings, ensuring all support elements for launches are within spec of the original request, working closely as well with Indirect Procurement and GBSC to develop them as needed. Ensure requirements of all Global teams are covered within the programme assets. work closely with Regional teams to ensure that Programmes are locally and regionally relevant reviewing any special business needs including products, sets, events, programmes, samples, merchandisers etc. that they have identified, and provide support as needed communication of product launch guidelines to markets via virtual presentations input into strategy for further growth of the category support in the preparation of internal meetings, as well as Retailer meetings, to inspire and engage the teams around the world Qualifications The Ideal candidate will: Be educated to degree level or above Have 3-5 years relevant experience in a Global Brand within Global Product Marketing Demonstrate both a creative and commercial mind-set Be naturally analytical with the ability to identify opportunities to unlock insight-driven creativity Be able to demonstrate a strategic approach focusing on the consumer, innovation and the omnichannel experience Be able to effectively drive projects forwards with a solution focused mindset and ability to think laterally Have exceptional organisation skills with an ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at one time to a high level of detail Have exceptional communication skills Naturally curious with a strong interest in the consumer, cultural diversity, and trends, enthusiasm and passion Team player with ability to interface and build relationships with many departments Be reliable, committed and with a will to go beyond Job: Marketing Primary Location: Europe, Middle East, Africa-GB-ENG-London Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 231592 Estee Lauder Companies is an equal opportunities employer.
