Control Software Engineer for Clean Integrated Power Technology

You'll work on activities relevant to Control Systems for New Product innovative solution in the framework of energy transition opportunities (Clean Energy).<br><br>As a Control Software Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><br>&bull; Leading New Advanced Algorithms and New Technology introduction in the market, participating as a presenter or reviewer during program execution phase<br><br>&bull; Developing Control System Software according to technical specifications, in order to guarantee the overall control systems quality and performances<br><br>&bull; Analyzing systematic and timely plant site requests support and attending technical meetings with Customers, Project Team, Suppliers and Universities<br><br>&bull; Creating and enhancing Control Software solutions, fostering Systems Continuous Improvement process and implementing Lesson Learnt .<br><br>&bull; Building new advanced controls for engine and process application, leveraging modeling and simulation tools aimed to predict and validate the digital-twin system<br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br>&bull; Have a Master Degree in Automation, Energy, Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science<br><br>&bull; Have proven working experience in an engineering position for Control Algorithms and Software design<br><br>&bull; Have and holistic design mindset for system solutions including hardware, software and plant operation<br><br>&bull; Deep knowledge of advanced algorithms, including familiarity with big data and machine learning concepts<br><br>&bull; Be proficient in industrial PLC programming languages and C++, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Simulink environment<br><br>&bull; Display knowledge of main industrial network communication protocols and standards<br><br>&bull; Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others in a multicultural environment<br><br>&bull; Be able and willing to travel worldwide for customer meetings and/or site/test bed support<br><br>&bull; Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English<br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
