Responsibilities Your Impact In this role, you will be able to drive technical project work with high performing technical engineers and administrators Collaborate with key business stakeholders Lead small work efforts that bring value to bigger programs Drive day to day activities to achieve excellence Build Strategies that can be used by the team to execute, expand, and mature business process and project completion Qualifications Your Experience Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment (preferred) Manage the project delivery stream to ensure on time, quality, delivery Take ownership of assigned projects, manage, influence and report Actively participate and lead design review, requirements gathering, Sprint planning/Retrospectives and pressure test proposals Run local and remote Daily Standups/Project Meetings with distributed teams Develop strategies that support transparency, validation, and execution with globalized teams Create project plans and charters and oversee their execution Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Product, Legal, and other corporate services related to the project Ability to verify timelines and project schedules based on plans and business engagements Identify Impediments and Remove project barriers and blockers Ensure projects are completed holistically, documentation, training, production monitoring, escalation paths, etc.
