Þpartment Environmental Services Job Summary The Hospitality Student will have the opportunity to participate in and learn about the hospitality segment of healthcare business by focusing on a designated area of interest, which could include, but is not limited to, hospitality, food and housekeeping services, customer service, and administrative areas. The Hospitality Student will have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of healthcare and more specifically patient experience and customer/patient satisfaction through a variety of hands-on assignments, such as shadowing staff in the field, handling projects and/or delivering quality support services, assisting with front office desk duties, and attending program meetings and trainings. Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications - Prefer a willingness to learn. - Prefer high school student with interest in hospitality services. - Prefer effective customer service skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of staff and the public, both in person and by telephone.
