Senior Accountant

Overview Responsibilities Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliation Record and reconcile all intercompany Prepare monthly balance sheet and P&L schedules for financial review Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation - Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances - Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules Upload daily TB upload to HFM and update HFM templates Provide AP & AP accrual Prepare recurring debit notes and monthly intercompany related debit notes Prepare Journal Entries Prepare quarterly schedules for our corporate and corporate auditors Assist in FP&A questions on actual vs. budget variance Assist with quarterly audit and annual audit Assisting in the monthly forecast and preparation of budgets for review Qualifications At least 5-year(s) experience in manufacturing field Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent Hands-on experience with accounting software packages – like NAVISION or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is preferred At least 3 years hands-on experience with Hyperion HFM & FDM application Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process Ability to cope under pressure, collaborates well, self-motivated and self-sufficient OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
